Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over 10 boxes (for domestic orders only).

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order’s progress on our website or through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the Philippines.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

6. Delivery Issues

If you encounter delivery issues, please contact our customer support team within 2-3 days of the expected delivery date.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Returns

We accept returns within 2-3 days of the date of delivery for most products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2-3 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information to process your request promptly.
We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please check the product description for specific return restrictions.

5. Returns Process

Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive an RA number.
Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

6. Return Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.
We may charge a restocking fee for returns that are not due to our error.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
